Frequently asked questions
Is Vicis free?
It is completely free for up to 10 active people, and you start without entering a card. Once the team passes 10 people, a single plan applies: 200 TL/month for workplaces connecting from Türkiye and 5 USD/month elsewhere.
Do staff need to install an app?
No. When you publish the week, each person gets a personal link that opens in their phone's browser. You can also print the full-week A4 sheet for the wall or share a photo of it in a WhatsApp group.
How do I build the shift roster?
In three steps: add people, tap the cells to fill in shifts (08–16, 16–00, 00–08, off, or custom hours), then publish. You can also copy last week with one tap and edit from there.
Is Vicis a time clock or HR system?
No. Vicis only plans the weekly roster. It does not track clock-in and clock-out, run payroll, manage leave, or hold personnel files. One workplace, one week, one readable table.
How is staff data protected?
For the staff data you enter, your workplace is the data controller and Vicis is the data processor. We store only the name, optional group and title, and the shift hours; published links are unguessable and blocked from search engines. Details are on the KVKK Notice page.
Can I print the weekly roster?
Yes. A published week is designed to print as an A4 sheet, in portrait or landscape and at compact or comfortable density.
